This dish is a stunning show stopper, the centre of the Brussel sprout is creamy and soft. We also loved to serve this dish with our French Style Tarragon Mustard Rub, mixed with some mayo and sour cream, we also took things to the next level and added bacon bits and it was fabulous. This was an incredibly fun and tasty dish to make, I used Gala apples and a European Style butter. One of the best parts of the curry rub is that it isn’t too hot so it can be used for multiple style dishes not just curry. I think this rub would make excellent popcorn as well.
